摘要
随着新能源汽车的快速推广,共享汽车运营中出现了包括燃油汽车和电动汽车两种车型的混合车队。由于电动汽车存在充电行为,这为调度决策带来了新的挑战。针对单向运营模式的共享汽车系统中混合车队问题,本研究提出了以优化利润和服务水平为目标的混合车队单向共享汽车分配调度两阶段随机规划模型,考虑了停车位充电设施不完备的现实条件对车队规模和调度方案产生的限制,在运营商的静态调度中兼顾站点车辆供需平衡和充电便利性。数值实验的研究结果表明:单车单日服务里程的增加会提升电动汽车的利润空间;车队规模小时,较大比例的电动汽车利润更高;服务水平达到一定值后,其提升成本增大。
With the rapid promotion of new energy vehicles,some operators have adopted mixed vehicle fleet with conventional vehicles and electric vehicles in their operation.Under this condition,the charging behavior of electric vehicles poses challenges to the decision making of vehicle scheduling.To tackle the problem of hybrid vehicle fleet in one-way car-sharing system,this paper proposes a two-stage stochastic programming model to optimize the profit and the service level through vehicle assignment and relocation in hybrid vehicle fleet.Specifically,we consider both vehicles balance and charging convenience in the static relocations,taking into account the limitation of insufficient charging facilities on fleet sizing and scheduling scheme.The results of numerical experiments show that the increase of single-day service mileage will increase the profit margin of electric vehicles;when the fleet size is small,a larger proportion of electric vehicles generates higher profits;after the service level reaches a certain value,the cost of improvement increases.
