摘要
针对传统激光熔覆送粉器存在结构复杂、易堵塞且送粉不均匀不稳定等问题,基于机械力学和气体动力学原理,设计了一款转盘式双筒激光熔覆送粉器的结构。通过对送粉器的结构以及传动原理的分析,利用绘图软件进行气路设计和机械结构设计。气路设计是送粉装置中气体输送管道大小的确定和管道位置的安排。机械结构设计是零部件的设计,主要包括转盘、料筒、进出料口、进气口、腔体、传动系统、搅拌系统等。结果表明,此次设计的送粉器在粉末运输过程中具有连续、均匀、稳定、易于控制等方面的优良性能,在激光熔覆作业过程中,利用此送粉装置可获得质量较高的熔覆层。
Based on the mechanical and gas dynamics principles,a turntable type double barrel laser cladding powder feeder was designed to overcome the problems of traditional laser cladding powder feeder,such as complex structure,easy blockage and uneven and unstable powder feeding.The design was based on the principles of mechanics and gas dynamics.The structure of the powder feeder and the transmission principle were analyzed,and the design of the gas path and the mechanical structure were carried out by means of drawing software.The pneumatic circuit design was determined by the size of the gas transport pipes and the arrangement of the pipe positions in the powder feeder.The mechanical structure design was the design of the components,mainly including the turntable,the barrel,the inlet and outlet,the air inlet,the chamber,the transmission system and the mixing system.The results show that the designed powder feeder has excellent performance in terms of continuous,uniform,stable and easy control during the powder transportation process.In the process of laser cladding,the powder feeder can be used to obtain high quality cladding layer.
