摘要
为适应公安改革新形势新变化新要求,进一步加强和改进特殊时期的公安思想政治工作,引领民警思想主流,增强创造力凝聚力战斗力,确保公安队伍团结稳定和公安工作打赢致胜,本文针对公安改革中广大民警思想波动现状,坚持问题导向、系统观念、综合对策,提出不断优化新形势下公安思想政治工作若干策略。
In order to adapt to the new situation,changes,and requirements of public security reform,further strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of public security in special periods,lead the mainstream of police ideology,enhance creativity,cohesion,and combat effectiveness,and ensure the unity and stability of the public security team and the success of public security work.This article focuses on the current situation of ideological fluctuations among the majority of police officers in public security reform,adhering to problem orientation,systematic concepts,and comprehensive strategies,which propose several strategies for continuously optimizing the ideological and political work of public security under the new situation.
