摘要
肾癌是泌尿系常见恶性肿瘤之一,影响其发生、发展的因素较为复杂。目前大量研究发现血脂代谢及血脂水平与肾癌之间存在联系。本文结合国内外研究报道,针对肾癌脂质代谢变化相关机制、血脂对肾癌发病与预后的影响以及他汀类药物在肾癌中的应用进行综述,旨在探讨血脂与肾癌之间的相关性,以期为探索肾癌发生发展机制提供帮助,并为肾癌的诊治提供更多参考。
Renal cell carcinoma(RCC)is one of the most common malignant tumors in urinary system,and the factors which make it occur and develop are complex.At present,a large number of studies have found that lipid metabolism and lipid levels are related to RCC.Based on the research reports at home and abroad,this paper reviews the related mechanisms of lipid metabolism changes in RCC,the influence of blood lipids on the pathogenesis and prognosis of RCC,and the application of statins in RCC,aiming to explore the correlation between blood lipids and RCC,so as to provide help for understanding the mechanism of RCC and provide more references for the diagnosis and treatment of RCC.
