摘要
放疗是前列腺、直肠、宫颈和子宫内膜恶性肿瘤最常见的治疗方法。而骨盆不仅是全身造血骨髓分布比例最大的区域,也是盆腔肿瘤患者放疗时无法避免的区域。在放疗的同时,骨髓改变引起的腰骶部疼痛等相应临床症状,易被误诊为骨转移,因此早期诊断格外重要。随着多模态成像技术的迅速发展,影像学诊断放疗后骨髓损伤的敏感性和准确率明显提高,本文就放疗后骨髓改变的影像学研究进展予以综述。
Radiotherapy is the most common treatment for malignant tumors of the prostate,rectum,cervix and endometrium.The pelvis is not only the area with the largest proportion of hematopoietic bone marrow in the whole body,but also the unavoidable area in the radiotherapy of pelvic tumor patients.At the same time as radiotherapy,a series of changes in the pelvic bone marrow after radiotherapy can cause corresponding clinical symptoms,such as lumbosacral pain,which is easily misdiagnosed as bone metastases.Therefore,early diagnosis is particularly important.With the rapid development of multimodal imaging technology,the sensitivity and accuracy of bone marrow injury diagnosis after radiotherapy have been greatly improved.This article reviews the imaging research progress of pelvic bone marrow changes after radiotherapy.
