摘要
为解决浅槽重介分选机在洗选原煤以及矸石时易频发故障的问题,以大同某选煤厂浅槽重介分选机为研究对象,改造设计了浅槽重介分选机,通过改造设计,浅槽重介分选机分选矸石物料时,冲击重介质旋流器、溜槽以及弧形筛的力度明显减轻,有效降低了分选机的故障率,取得了较好的应用效果。
In order to solve the problem of shallow trench heavy media sorting machine in washing raw coal and gangue is prone to frequent failures,a coal plant in Datong shallow trench heavy media sorting machine application status as an example,the transformation design of the shallow trench heavy media sorting machine,through the transformation design,shallow trench heavy media sorting machine sorting gangue materials,the impact of the heavy media cyclone,chute,and arc sieve strength is significantly reduced,and effectively reduces the failure rate of the separator,and has achieved a better application results.The application effect is better.
