摘要
变压器容量的增加对温度造成较大的升高,对变压器的寿命及稳定性造成影响。片式散热器作为主要的冷却散热形式,其结构对变压器的温度具有重要的影响。采用仿真分析的形式对不同结构的散热器对温度变化的影响进行分析。结果表明,随散热器片数的增加,变压器散发的总热量逐渐增加,出口的油温不断降低,散发热量的速率及油温的下降速度也逐渐降低,最终温度变化速率稳定在12%。
The increase in transformer capacity causes a large increase in temperature,which affects the life and stability of the transformer.As the main form of cooling,the structure of the chip radiator has an important influence on the temperature of the transformer.Simulation analysis of the form of different structures of the radiator on the impact of temperature change,the results show that,with the increase in the number of pieces of radiator,the total heat emitted by the transformer gradually increased,the exit of the oil temperature continues to decrease,the rate of heat emitted and the rate of decline of the oil temperature is also gradually reduced,and ultimately the rate of change of temperature stabilised at 12%.
