摘要
目的:探讨轻中度寻常性痤疮实施异维A酸联合点阵激光的治疗效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年1月在本院就诊的轻中度寻常性痤疮患者200例作为研究对象,按照随机分化法将患者分为观察组、对照组,各100例。对照组实施点阵激光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合异维A酸治疗,比较两组治疗效果、康复性指标(创面愈合所需时间、结痂和痂皮脱落所需时间)及不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合、结痂、痂脱落时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的12.00%(P<0.05)。结论:针对轻中度寻常性痤疮患者实施异维A酸联合点阵激光治疗效果较好,能够加快结痂及创面的愈合,使得不良反应得以减少,利于预后。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of isotretinoin combined with fractional laser in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris.Methods:A total of 200 patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random differentiation method,with 100 patients in each group.The control group was treated with fractional laser,and the observation group was treated with isotretinoin on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,rehabilitation indexes(time required for wound healing,time required for scab formation and scab shedding)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 85.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The time of wound healing,scab formation and scab shedding in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 12.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of isotretinoin combined with fractional laser in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris is better,which can accelerate the healing of scabs and wounds,reduce adverse reactions and benefit the prognosis.
