活化钾长石中解钾菌的抗光亏缺效果研究初报 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究解钾菌肥是否具有抗光亏缺的作用,模拟自然条件,在培养箱的弱光照(66%)条件下,用解钾菌参与活化的钾长石肥料与其他肥料在相同养分水平下进行玉米盆栽试验。结果表明,在弱光条件下,两种解钾菌处理都能够促进玉米生长。其中,以T1(菌Q22)的效果最明显,且差异显著。显示了微生物肥料具有抗光亏缺的独特优势,值得深入研究。这不仅可为高产栽培提供新的技术支撑,还可为微生物肥料开拓广阔的应用场景。 In order to study the anti-light deficiency effects of potassium decomposing bacteria,a pot experiment was carried out under the same nutrient level with the activated potassium feldspar fertilizer and other fertilizers at condition of low light(66%)simulated natural conditions.The results showed that both bacteria treatments promoted the growth of maize at low light condition.T1(strain Q22)had most obvious effect,and the difference was significant.The results show that the microbial fertilizer has unique advantage of light deficiency resistance,which is worth to be further studied.This provides not only new technical supports for high-yield cultivation,but also open up broad applications scenarios for microbial fertilizers.
