摘要
上海两港大道中段工程高架桥长8.45 km,桥梁采用全预制拼装技术,预制装配率达到90%。工程中,开展了贴边埋置灌浆波纹钢管锚固连接性能试验研究,为确保预制立柱与盖梁连接的可靠性提供了技术支撑。该桥梁工程应用了经实车碰撞试验检验的新型组合式护栏、GA-10浇筑式沥青混凝土铺装和隐藏式落水管等新技术,提高了其耐久性与美观性。
The viaduct of the middle section of Shanghai Lianggang Avenue is 8.45km long.The bridge adopts fully prefabricated assembling technology with the prefabricated assembly rate reaches 90%.An experimental study on the anchorage and connection performance of edge-embedded grouting steel bellow was carried out to provide technical support for ensuring the reliability of the connection between the prefabricated column and the cover beam.New technologies,such as the new combined anti-collision railing,GA-10 poured asphalt concrete pavement and hidden drainpipe,which have been verified by the real vehicle crash test and improved the durability and aesthetics.
