摘要
子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌病在全球发病率高,严重影响妇女身、心、生殖健康与生活质量。现依“同因同治,异病同治”的辨证思路,将子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌病统归为子宫内膜异位性疾病,认为其属于中医“血瘕”范畴,本质为“离经之血”,瘀滞胞络,从肝、心、肾进行中医辨证论治,拟经验方。并参考西医最新诊疗进展,提出中医为主的四类管理方案,与同道共研、互参。
Endometriosis and adenomyosis have high incidences around the world,seriously affecting women’s reproductive health and quality of life.By the syndrome differentiation idea of‘one treatment to differences’,it’s collectively referred to endometriosis and adenomyosis as endometriosis disease,which is part of the category of‘Xuejia’in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It’s in essence the‘the blood deviate from vascellum’,stagnating the uterus collaterals.Treatment based on syndrome differentiation of the liver,heart and kidney,create empirical prescriptions.It’s also refers to the latest diagnosis and treatment progress of Western medicine,and formulate four types of management programs based on TCM.This article is aim to provide content for co-research and mutual reference with counterpart.
