摘要
骨癌痛是一种涉及炎性、神经病理性、肿瘤特异性机制的慢性疼痛,以持续性钝痛和爆发痛为特点。星形胶质细胞是中枢神经系统中最丰富的神经胶质细胞,近些年,越来越多证据表明反应性星形胶质细胞在骨癌痛中起到重要的作用。本文以反应性星形胶质细胞为切入点,主要综述星形胶质细胞及其功能状态与骨癌痛相关的主要机制。
Bone cancer pain is a chronic pain involving inflammatory,neuropathic and tumor-specific mechanisms,and characterized by persistent dull pain and breakthrough pain.Astrocytes are the most abundant glial cells in the central nervous system and reactive astrocytes play an important role in bone cancer pain.This paper reviewed astrocytes and their functional status related to bone cancer pain.
