摘要
以数值模拟的方式对比分析纯导管、潮流涡轮及导管涡轮的水动力特性,进而探究间隙比(3%~15%)对重载及轻载导管涡轮能量转换性能及流场特性的影响.结果表明:不考虑梢部间隙影响的前提下,相对裸涡轮,导管对轻载导管涡轮的能量转换效率提升明显;在相同工况下轻载导管涡轮的轴向速度高于重载导管涡轮;相对轻载导管涡轮,间隙比对重载导管涡轮轴向速度的影响较大,能量转换效率的影响也更为明显;伴随间隙比增加,涡轮梢涡与导管尾涡之间的相互干扰现象逐渐减小.
The hydrodynamic characteristics of pure conduit,tidal turbine,and conduit turbine was compared and analyzed through numerical simulation.The influence of gap ratio(3%~15%)on the energy conversion performance and flow field characteristics of heavy-duty and light duty conduit turbines was explored.The results showed that,without considering the tip clearance effect,the energy conversion efficiency of conduit on light load conduit turbines is significantly improved compared to bare turbines.Under the same operating conditions,the axial velocity of the light load guide tube turbine is higher than that of the heavy load guide tube turbine.Compared to light duty conduit turbines,the clearance ratio has a greater impact on the axial velocity of heavy duty conduit turbines,and the impact on energy conversion efficiency is also more significant.As the gap ratio increases,the mutual interference between the turbine tip vortex and the duct tail vortex gradually decreases.
