摘要
随着中国制造2025规划的实施,钢铁企业的智能制作水平得到了大幅度的提升,产线设备的网络化、数字化、智能化水平有了质的飞跃,同时钢铁企业对设备的点检维护要求也发生了变化,传统的现场点检定修的运维模式已经无法满足生产需要。本文以钢铁企业设备点检运维工作为背景,围绕钢铁企业设备管理新需求,基于云计算、工业互联网、大数据、移动互联网和人工智能等先进技术,分析了当前设备运维工作面临的机遇与挑战,提出了钢铁行业智能点检运维定义,阐述了智能点检运维系统的核心内容,介绍了钢铁企业开发应用智能点检系统的整体架构、主要功能和应用效果。验证了智能点检运维模式的可行性、可靠性和有效性,为钢铁企业设备点检运维工作变革和智能点检运维模式实施提供了参考。
With the implementation of made in China 2025 plan,the intelligent production level of iron and steel enterprises has been greatly improved,and the networked,digital and intelligent level of production line equipment has made a qualitative leap.At the same time,the spot inspection and maintenance requirements of iron and steel enterprises for equipment have also changed,and the traditional operation and maintenance mode of on-site spot inspection and repair has been unable to meet production needs.Based on the background of equipment routine inspection,operation and maintenance of iron and steel enterprises,this paper focuses on the new requirements of equipment management of iron and steel enterprises,analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the current equipment operation and maintenance work based on cloud computing,industrial Internet,big data,mobile Internet,artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies,puts forward the definition of intelligent routine inspection,operation and maintenance of iron and steel industry,and describes the core content of intelligent routine inspection,operation and maintenance system,this article introduces the overall architecture,main functions,and application effects of the intelligent inspection system developed and applied by steel enterprises.The feasibility,reliability,and effectiveness of the intelligent spot check operation and maintenance mode have been verified,providing a reference for the transformation of equipment spot check operation and maintenance work in steel enterprises and the implementation of the intelligent spot check operation and maintenance mode.
