摘要
研究生是研究生教育的重要参与者,研究生满意度是反映、监测和评估研究生教育质量的一个重要维度与指标。基于湖南省教育科学研究院参与中国教育科学研究院全国研究生教育满意度调查工作的数据,分析湖南省在读研究生对研究生教育总体满意度、教育质量满意度、教育环境满意度、教育公平满意度和教育期望值等。在此基础上统计分析湖南省研究生教育面临的四大挑战,并提出对策。
Graduate students are important participants in graduate education,and graduate satisfaction is an important dimension and indicator that reflects,monitors,and evaluates the quality of graduate education.Based on the participation of Hunan Academy of Educational Sciences in the National Graduate Program of China Academy of Educational Sciences.The data from the education satisfaction survey analyzed the overall satisfaction of graduate students in Hunan Province with graduate education,education quality,education environment,education fairness,and education expectations.On this basis,the four major challenges faced by graduate education in Hunan Province were statistically analyzed,and countermeasures were proposed.
