摘要
用户画像技术在精准服务领域的广泛应用,为解决当前老年人体育服务供给质量不高、分类意识欠缺、供给模式单一等问题提供了新思路。据此,研究提出构建基于用户画像的社区老年人体育服务精准推送系统,以帮助老年人获得主动健康,健全健康支撑体系,推动健康关口前移。运用文献资料法,系统梳理用户画像技术的应用现状,阐释其在老年人体育服务领域的应用内涵与价值,围绕系统构建的总体框架、主体功能、实现机制和运行流程展开论述。研究认为,在基于用户画像的社区老年人体育服务精准推送系统实施过程中,政策引领需突出老年人体育分类意识,保障老年人用户的隐私安全;技术护航需构建多元用户画像模型,建立用户画像迭代机制;资源共享需加强用户信息数据收集,破除老年人的“信息茧房”;人才保障需培育老年人体育服务队伍,提升体育服务供给效能。
User profiling technology has found extensive applications in the field of precision services,offering new insights to address issues like low quality of sports services for older adults,lack of awareness about different service categories,and a monotonous supply model.To that end,we proposed building a precision push system of community-based sports services for older adults based on user profiles,aiming to help senior citizens actively maintain their health,establish a robust healthcare support system,and shift the focus of health management forward.By employing literature review methods,we systematically analyzed the current uses of user profiling technology in various domains,explained its implications and value to sports services for older adults,and elaborated on the overall framework,key functions,implementation mechanisms,and operational processes of the proposed system.We reached the following conclusions.During the implementation of the precision delivery system for community-based elderly sports services based on user profiles,policy guidance should emphasize the awareness of categorization of sports services for older adults and ensure their privacy and information security.Technical support should involve building diverse user profiling models and establishing a mechanism for iterative user profiling.Resource sharing requires enhancing the collection of user information data and breaking down the“information cocoon”of older adults.A workforce specialized in sports services for older adults should be cultivated to improve the efficiency of service provision.
