摘要
目的:分析PDCA循环在消毒供应室护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7—12月日照市岚山区人民医院消毒供应室的300件器械作为对照组,2022年1—6月的300件器械作为研究组。对照组采取常规管理措施,研究组采取PDCA循环管理措施。比较两组器械清洁消毒合格率、消毒供应室工作质量及护理管理满意度等情况。结果:研究组器械清洁消毒合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组环境管理、消毒质量、包装质量及医疗器械水平评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组护理管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。结论:在消毒供应室护理管理中实施PDCA循环管理模式的效果显著,可提高器械清洁消毒合格率,改善消毒供应室工作质量,提升护理管理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle in the nursing management of disinfection supply room.Methods:A total of 300 instruments in Disinfection Supply Room of Rizhao City Lanshan District People's Hospital from July 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and 300 instruments from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the study group.The control group received regular management measures and the study group received PDCA cycle management measures.The qualification rate of instrument cleaning and disinfection,the work quality of disinfection supply room and the satisfaction with nursing management were compared between the two groups.Results:The qualification rate of instrument cleaning and disinfection in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The environmental management,disinfection quality,packaging quality and medical device level scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The nursing management satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).Conclusion:The implementation of PDCA cycle management mode has a significant effect in the nursing management of the disinfection supply room,which can increase the qualification rate of instrument cleaning and disinfection,improve the work quality of the disinfection supply room,and enhance the nursing management satisfaction.
