摘要
创业是拉动经济增长和促进就业的有效手段,大学生作为社会最具创造性的群体,是国家创新创业的重要储备人才。大学生创业意愿较高但缺少实际创业行为,是一个值得深入研究的问题。结合计划行为理论,以创业承诺和创业机会识别为中介,深入研究创业意愿和创业行为之间的关联机制以及行为产生条件。通过SPSS和AMOS对304份有效问卷进行实证分析,结果表明,大学生创业意愿对创业行为的正向影响十分显著;创业承诺和创业机会识别发挥了链式中介作用,弥补了意愿转化为行为过程中缺失的联系。因此,要引导大学生创业者通过创业承诺和创业机会识别做出创业行为,重视创业能力的培养和对创业行为的投入。
Entrepreneurship is an effective means to stimulate economic growth and promote employment,and college students,as the most creative social group,are an important talent reserve for national innovation and entrepreneurship.College students,high willingness to start a business but lack of actual entrepreneurial behavior is a problem that needs in-depth study.Combined with the theory of planned behavior,this paper takes entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial opportunity identification as mediators to study the correlation mechanism between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior and the conditions for behavior generation.Through the empirical analysis of 304 valid questionnaires by SPSS and AMOS,the results show that the positive impact of college students,entrepreneurial willingness on entrepreneurial behavior is very significant.Entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial opportunity identification act as a chain mediator,compensating for the missing connections in the process of translating intentions into behaviors.Therefore,it is necessary to guide college student entrepreneurs to make entrepreneurial behaviors through entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial opportunity identification,and improve the cultivation of their own entrepreneurial ability and investment in entrepreneurial activities.
