摘要 针对传统水轮发电机运行状态监测过程中仅能通过分散的、单一的局部测点数据来评估设备的运行状态,无法对设备进行实时的、全面立体感知的现状,结合数字孪生及物理场分析技术,开发了水轮发电机关键设备物理场在线监测系统。通过物理实体与数字孪生体物理场状态的实时、高精度映射,实现水轮发电机关键设备实时状态监测、故障诊断与健康管理服务,快速捕捉故障现象,准确定位故障原因,为运行操作人员提供智能优化指导。 Traditionally,the operating condition of hydroelectric generating equipment has been assessed using decentralized,single point measurement data,which lacks real-time,comprehensive three-dimensional sensing of the equipment.In this study,we have developed an online monitoring system for the physical fields of key hydroelectric generating equipment by combining digital twin technology and physical entity analysis.By mapping the physical entity in real-time with high precision along with the digital twin,we have successfully monitored the condition of physical fields,diagnosed faults,and managed health services for the equipment.This system enables rapid identification of fault phenomena,accurate fault cause localization,and intelligent optimization guidance for operators.
