河南油田注聚区复杂地层固井工艺技术研究与应用

摘要 河南油田经过长期注水、注聚开发,地层压力异常复杂,固井封固质量问题突出,严重制约油井长效开发。通过统计固井质量分层情况、实验测试混掺聚合物1630S后的水泥浆(石)性能,分析固井质量关键影响因素。通过开发固井液和优化固井工艺相结合,针对性解决制约固井质量的关键问题。开发纳米液硅防水窜水泥浆体系和物理-化学双效冲洗液体系,优化压稳防窜和提高顶替效率固井工艺,形成河南油田注聚区提高固井质量配套技术。现场应用35口井,固井第一、二界面优质率显著提高,改善了层内封固质量和层间封隔质量,为层内细分开发和采收率提高提供了良好的井筒条件。 After long-term water injection and polymer injection development in Henan Oilfield,the formation pressure is extremely complex,and the problem of cementing quality is prominent,which seriously restricts the long-term development of oil wells.The key influencing factors of cementing quality are analyzed by counting the stratification of cementing quality and testing the performance of cement slurry(stone)mixed with polymer 1630S.Through the development of cementing fluid and the optimization of cementing process,the key problems that restrict the cementing quality are solved.The Nano liquid silicon waterproof channeling cement slurry and the physical-chemical dual effect flushing fluid are developed,technology of pressure stabilization-channeling prevention and cementing efficient displacement are optimized,a supporting technology is formed to improve the cementing quality in the polymer injection area of Henan Oilfield,in which 35 wells are tested.Results show that the quality of first and second interfaces have been significantly improved,which has provided good wellbore conditions for intraformational subdivision development and enhanced oil recovery.
