不同铣刀齿数超声振动铣削加工时的轴向力仿真试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 7075铝合金具有良好的延展性和导电性,长期应用于汽车、航空航天以及船用板材等重要领域。通过ABAQUS软件模拟了二齿、三齿、四齿铣刀的超声振动铣削过程,并通过对比分析铣削力波形图确定四齿铣刀铣削效果最优。验证可得,实验结果和模拟值存在一定误差,二齿铣刀平均铣削力误差最大为14.67%,四齿铣刀平均铣削力误差最小,为10.17%。误差主要来源于加工过程中刀具操作方法设计、加工过程中机床振动以及工件刀具的磨损等因素。 7075 aluminum alloy has good ductility and electrical conductivity,and has been used in important fields such as automobiles,aerospace,and marine sheets for a long time.The ultrasonic vibration milling process of two-tooth,three-tooth and four-tooth milling cutters is simulated by ABAQUS software,and the optimal effect of four-tooth milling is obtained by comparative analysis of the milling force waveform.The average milling force error of the two-tooth milling cutter is the largest 14.67%,and the average milling force error of the four-tooth milling cutter is the smallest 10.17%.The main reasons for the error are the design of the tool operation method during the machining process,the vibration of the machine tool and the factors such as wear and tear of the workpiece tool.
