摘要
用微波辅助消解法,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定7种常见食用菌中9种微量元素的含量。试验表明,测定的各种微量元素在浓度范围内的线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限在0.017μg/L~2.98μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5.1%,加标回收率为81.8%~109.3%,标准参考物质(大米)中的9种微量元素测定值均在标准参考值范围内。对7种食用菌中9种微量元素的测定,不同的食用菌所含的微量元素量差异较大,人体所需的镁、钾、钙、铁、锰、锌、铜等微量元素含量较高,具有较高的营养价值及保健功效。
The contents of 9 micronutrient in 7 common edible fungi were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICPMS)with microwave assisted digestion.The results showed that the linearity of all micronutrient in the concentration range was good,the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999,the detection limit was 0.017μg/L-2.98μg/L,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 5.1%,and the recoveries ranged from 81.8%to 109.3%.The determination values of 9 kinds of micronutrient in the standard reference substance(rice)were all within the range of the standard reference value.The determination of 9 micronutrient in 7 kinds of edible fungi showed that the amount of micronutrient in different edible fungi varied greatly,and the content of magnesium,potassium,calcium,iron,manganese,zinc,copper and other micronutrient required by human body were higher,which had higher nutritional value and health care efficacy.
