关于中国石化易捷业务的战略思考

摘要 随着中国政府向世界宣布碳达峰碳中和时间和路线图,中国石化销售企业在中国石化党组领导下,正在加速向“油气氢电服”综合能源服务商转型发展。油是基础,服是未来。本文基于长期实践,对易捷业务进行优势及劣势分析,与国际知名零售连锁品牌进行盈利结构对标量化分析,对易捷业务提出战略思考和路径设计,并重点对易捷零售连锁业务、汽服和汽车后业务、环保业务进行战略思考与建议,期待为易捷业务高质量发展做出贡献。 With the announcement by the Chinese government to the world about the time and road map of carbon peak and carbon neutralization,SINOPEC sales enterprises,under the leadership of the Party group of SINOPEC group,are accelerating their transformation and development to"comprehensive energy service provider for oil,gas,hydrogen,electricity,and services",from which oil is the foundation,and service is the future.Based on long-term practice,this paper analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of EasyJet's business,makes a quantitative analysis of profit structure with internationally renowned retail chain brands,puts forward strategic thinking and path design for EasyJet's business,and focuses on strategic thinking and suggestions for EasyJet's retail chain business,auto service and automotive after-business,and environmental protection business,hoping to contribute to the high-quality development of EasyJet's business.
