摘要
焦炭强度指标和炼焦煤煤质的相关关系是制约利用焦炭质量预测模型指导配煤炼焦的一个重要因素。研究了焦炭强度指标固定时,配合煤料的煤岩指标之间的相关关系,并将研究结果用于指导配煤炼焦。为较大范围的调整煤料的CBI和SI指数,选择了4个矿点的煤料进行筛分,选取部分粒级进行炼焦。通过调整配合煤料的CBI和SI指标,利用小焦炉炼焦,分别探索焦炭机械强度M_(40)≥86%、M_(10)≤6.5%时,配合煤料的CBI值和SI值的对应关系。利用spss对CBI值和SI值作回归分析,发现焦炭机械强度M_(40)≥86%、M_(10)≤6.5%时,配合煤的CBI指数在≥1和<1两个区间,CBI值和SI值分别呈二次相关;通过拟合获得CBI≥1和<1时,CBI指数和SI指数的相关数学模型。利用配合煤的煤岩指数和结焦性能的关系、配合煤的灰分和硫分与焦炭相应指标之间的相关关系,结合生产条件和市场煤价,以炼焦煤的总价格为目标函数,确定了满足要求的炼焦煤配比。该方法可以快速确立炼焦煤配比方案,为优化炼焦配煤方案提供指导。
The correlation between coke strength index and coking coal quality is an important factor restricting the use of coke quality prediction model to guide coal blending coking.The correlation between coal rock indexes when coke strength index is fixed,combined with coal material,is studied,and the research results are used to guide coal blending coking.In order to adjust the CBI and SI indices of coal on a large scale,coal materials from 4 ore points were selected for screening,and some grain grades were selected for coking.By adjusting the CBI and SI indexes of the mixed coal,and using small coke oven coking,the correspondence between the CBI value and the SI value of the blended coal was explored when the mechanical strength of coke M 40≥86%and M 10≤6.5%,respectively.Using SPSS to perform regression analysis on CBI value and SI value,it is found that when the mechanical strength of coke M 40≥86%and M 10≤6.5%,the CBI index of coal is in the intervals of≥1 and<1,and the CBI value and SI value are quadratically correlated.The relevant mathematical models of CBI index and SI index are obtained by fitting when CBI≥1 and<1 are obtained.Using the relationship between the coal rock index and coking performance of the compound coal,the correlation between the ash and sulfur content of the compound coal and the corresponding index of coke,combined with the production conditions and the market coal price,the total price of coking coal was taken as the objective function to determine the proportion of coking coal that meets the requirements.This method can quickly establish the coking coal ratio scheme and provide guidance for optimizing the coking coal blending scheme.
