华北油田油井开采对邻近京雄城际铁路的影响

摘要 京雄城际铁路黄村至大兴机场站设计速度为250 km/h,对地面沉降变形的要求很高,部分段落通过华北油田采区,需查明引起的地面沉降及对铁路的影响程度,为城际铁路建设安全提供保障。采用理论分析、现场调查、InSAR地面沉降监测等综合勘察技术方法进行了相关研究。通过现场油井调查,查明了油井空间展布和与本线的相对关系;通过油藏压实和油井注水开采工艺的研究,确定了对地表变形机理;通过对地层压力变化及地表变形量的回归分析,确定了注水控制地层压力的合理范围;通过InSAR沉降监测,查明了对本区沉降速率特征。研究结果表明:(1)采油是液体置换,不会导致油藏地层失去支撑引起地层弯曲变形;(2)由于油井注采平衡,深部采油不会导致油藏层系间压力变化,并没有改变液体环境;(3)根据InSAR监测数据,地面不均匀沉降严重段落与油井分布置在空间位置上不吻合,二者并无关联;(4)由于抽采地下水,存在区域沉降漏斗,年沉降速率大于30 mm/a,应加强沉降监测。 The design speed of Huangcun to Daxing Airport Station on Beijing-Xiong'an Intercity Railway is 250 km/h,which requires high ground settlement deformation control.Some sections of the line pass through three oil wells production area in the Huabei Oilfield,so it is necessary to identify the degree of effect of the ground subsidence and provide a theoretical basis for the safety of intercity railway construction.The research was done by systematical survey measures including theoretical analysis,in-situ investigation,InSAR ground settlement monitoring.By in-situ oil well investigation,the relationship between oil well distribution and the intercity line was identified;the surface deformation mechanism was realized by the research of reservoir compaction and oil well water injection production technology;the reasonable range of water injection to control formation pressure was basically achieved by the regression analysis of formation pressure changes and surface deformation;the characteristics of ground settlement rate of the area was studied by InSAR settlement monitoring.The results show that:(1)Oil production belongs to liquid replacement,and it will not result in formation bending and deformation of the stratum.(2)Due to the balance between injection and production in oil wells,deep oil recovery does not lead to changes in interlayer pressure in the reservoir,and does not change the liquid environment.(3)According to InSAR monitoring data,sections with severe uneven ground settlement do not coincide with the spatial location of oil wells,and there is no correlation between them.(4)Due to the pumping of groundwater along the entire line,there is a regional settlement funnel with an annual settlement rate greater than 30 mm/a,the settlement monitoring should be strengthened.
