摘要
目的:分析广东省内各市流入东莞异地住院患者的人口特征、费用情况及其影响因素,为具有相似人口特征的城市提供医疗保障政策参考。方法:基于2018年—2022年广东省内来莞异地就医患者的住院数据,利用描述性统计分析和SPSS软件分析东莞市省内异地住院基本情况。结果:2018年—2022年,广东省内来莞异地住院人次显著增长,患者呈现年轻化趋势;住院总费用整体呈增长趋势,人均住院费用有所降低,患者的年龄、性别、参保类型、医院等级和实际报销比例均能显著影响住院费用;广东省内各市异地就医医保报销水平参差不齐。结论:根据异地就医人口特征和来源地分布差异有针对性地配置医疗资源,推进医疗管理服务体系与人口变化情况的紧密结合,缩小不同参保类型之间的保障差异,优化“移民城市”医疗保障政策。
Objective:The paper analyzes the cross-municipal hospitalization situation,cost and its influencing factors in Dongguan to provide a reference for cities with similar population characteristics.Methods:Based on the hospitalization data of patients from other cities of Guangdong Province who came to Dongguan for medical treatment from 2018 to 2022,descriptive statistical analysis and SPSS software were used to analyze the hospitalization situation in Dongguan.Results:From 2018 to 2022,the number of patients who came to Dongguan for hospitalization increased significantly,tending to be younger.The overall hospitalization expenses were increasing,with a decrease in per capita hospitalization expenses.The age,gender,type of medical insurance,hospital level,and actual reimbursement ratio of patients can significantly affect hospitalization expenses.The reimbursement level of medical insurance for medical treatment in different cities within Guangdong Province varies.Conclusion:Targeted allocation of medical resources should be conducted based on the characteristics of the population seeking medical treatment in different regions and the distribution of their sources,promoting the close integration of medical management service systems with population changes,narrowing the gap between different types of medical insurance,and optimizing the medical security policies of"immigrant cities".
