摘要
互联网、大数据、区块链等新兴数字技术发展为制造业互联网供应链转型升级提供了有力支撑。本文以2014~2021年制造业企业数据作为研究样本,通过运用理论分析与综合评价相结合的方法,建立大数据驱动互联网供应链产品服务能力测度指标体系,结合Malmquist模型对制造业互联网供应链产品服务能力进行测算。并从客户服务体验、产品服务创新动力、资源配置效率、投融资效率和供应链治理能力5个层面,提出有效的互联网供应链产品服务能力创新策略。所构建的互联网供应链产品服务能力测度指标及模型,进一步丰富了产品服务创新和动态能力管理研究,同时为制造业数字化转型过程中产品服务创新提供了理论借鉴。
The development of emerging digital technologies such as the Internet,big data,and blockchain has provided strong support for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing Internet supply chain.From the perspective of Internet digitalization,this paper defines the connotation of Internet supply chain product and service capabilities,combines multi-dimensional elements such as environment,resources,capabilities and customers,and establishes a big data-driven Internet supply chain product and service capability measurement index system by using the method of combining theoretical analysis and comprehensive evaluation,and calculates the product and service capabilities of the manufacturing Internet supply chain combined with the Malmquist model.From five levels,including customer service experience,product and service innovation power,resource allocation efficiency,investment and financing efficiency and supply chain governance ability,an effective Internet supply chain product and service capability innovation strategy is proposed.The constructed product and service capability measurement index and model of the Internet supply chain enrich the research on product service innovation and dynamic capability management and provide theoretical reference for product and service innovation in the process of digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.
