摘要 目的 探究Matlab Simulink仿真模型辅助药理学之药物代谢动力学理论部分的启发式、探究式教学方法,加深学生对该部分知识的掌握程度。方法 引入Matlab Simulink技术编写单次、多次给药下的房室模型,建立药代动力学教改方案,让学生探究式地理解什么是房室模型、稳态血药浓度等专有名词,并解决在教学过程中学生对复杂公式难以理解的问题。教改方案以沈阳医学院2020级麻醉医学专业的学生为研究对象,设立对照组(n=30)与试验组(n=30);两组学生均由同一名授课教师授课。试验组在传统教学的基础上将开发的Simulink模块融入课上教学与第二课堂中;采用问卷调查法了解试验组对教改方案的认可度,并比较两组学生主客观题的阶段测验成绩。结果 问卷调查结果显示,试验组所有学生均认为将Simulink引入药代动力学授课有助于理解学习内容并提高自身的科研思维能力;93%的学生认为该方案可提高学习动力;仅有13%的学生认为Simulink的引入占用太多课余时间。试验组客观题得分为(83.0±9.8),高于对照组的(75.3±16.9)分(P<0.05);试验组主观题得分为(12.7±5.4),高于对照组的(6.2±2.9)分(P<0.01)。结论 将Simulink仿真方法融入药理学教学过程可作为一种新的教学方法在本科教学过程中开展研究。 Objective To explore heuristic and exploratory teaching methods for Pharmaco-kinetics with the help of MATLAB Simulink module,so as to deepen students mastery of this part of knowledge.Methods The Matlab Simulink technology was introduced to compile the compartment model under single or multiple administrations to reform the traditional teaching plan,and let students understand what is the compartment model,steady-state blood drug concentration,and other proprietary terms in an exploratory way.The teaching reform will solve the problem that students are difficult to understand the complex formulas in the traditional teaching process.In practice,the teaching reform plan took the students majoring in Anesthetic Medicine of Grade 2020 in Shenyang Medical College as the research object.The control group(n=30)and the experimental group(n=30)were set up,and both groups of students were taught by the same teacher.The experimental group integrated the Simulink module into the in-class teaching and the second class in addition to the traditional teaching.Questionnaire survey was used to understand the approval of the experimental group on the teaching reform plan,and the stage test results of the two groups of students subjective and objective questions were compared.Results Results of the questionnaire showed that all students believed that introducing Simulink into Pharmacokinetic teaching would help them to understand the learning content and to improve their scientific research ability.93%of students believed that the program could improve learning motivation,while only 13%of students believed that the introduction of Simulink took up too much spare time.To face the objective question with a full score of 100 points,the students in the experimental group got(83.0±9.8),which was higher than those in the control group(75.33±16.86)(P<0.05).And for the subjective question with a full score of 20 points,the students in the experimental group got(12.7±5.4),significantly higher than those in the control group(6.2±2.9)(P<
