摘要
采用电火花线切割加工电动汽车驱动电机铁心,具有性能影响较小、不受电机铁心设计形状限制等优点,对于研发阶段的电动汽车驱动电机铁心的加工制作具有较大优势。通过提升电动汽车驱动电机铁心线切割精度的工艺研究,采用样片叠加、定位、工艺技术等,提升了线切割加工精度,满足了电动汽车驱动电机铁心的设计及加工要求,为后续驱动电机的整体制作奠定了基础。
The use of wire cut electrical discharge machining to process the core of electric vehicle drive motor has the advantages of less performance impact,and is not limited by the design shape of the motor core.It has greater advantages for the processing and manufacturing of the core of electric vehicle drive motor at the research and development stage.Through the process research on improving the wire cutting accuracy of the electric vehicle drive motor core,the wire cutting accuracy was improved by sample stacking,positioning,process technology and so on,meeting the design and processing requirements of the electric vehicle drive motor core,and laying a foundation for the subsequent whole production of the drive motor.
