钢渣混凝土爆点修复工程技术研究

摘要 炼钢产生的钢渣具有较多游离态的CaO和MgO,这导致钢渣混凝土的体积安定性成为了亟需解决的问题。随着钢渣混凝土在实际工程中的推广,未进行膨胀氧化物消解或处理不彻底的钢渣频繁出现在混凝土中,因此,f-CaO和f-MgO水化膨胀导致混凝土结构施工完成后出现的鼓包、爆点现象屡有发生。文章针对长沙某工程主体结构出现大范围的鼓包、爆点问题,结合现场检测分析结果,提出了采用聚合物改性水泥砂浆修补爆点位置,满挂不锈钢丝网并喷涂15 mm~20 mm厚的聚合物改性水泥砂浆的施工工艺技术。该技术可以控制钢渣混凝土结构进一步发生破坏并修复已破坏的混凝土结构,此外,利用增补厚度的方法在隔绝水分的同时可有效抑制混凝土结构中未发生反应的游离态氧化物在今后可能产生膨胀应力。 The steel slag produced by steelmaking has more CaO and MgO in free state,which makes the volume stability of steel slag concrete become an urgent problem to be solved.With the popularization of steel slag concrete in practical engineering,steel slag that has not been digested by expanding oxides or that has not been completely treated frequently appears in concrete.Therefore,the hydration expansion of f-CaO and f-MgO leads to bulging after the completion of concrete structure construction.,explosion point phenomenon occurs frequently.In view of the large-scale bulging and bursting problems of the main structure of a project in Changsha,combined with the results of on-site inspection and analysis,it is proposed to use polymer-modified cement mortar to repair the bursting point position,fully hang stainless steel wire mesh and spray 15~20mm thick polymer Construction technology of modified cement mortar.This technology can control the further damage of the steel slag concrete structure and repair the damaged concrete structure.In addition,the method of increasing the thickness can effectively inhibit the unreacted free oxides in the concrete structure from generating expansion stress in the future while isolating moisture.
