摘要
近年来,随着预制装配式技术的不断提高,我国混凝土预制构件取得了快速的发展。为了充分了解装配式竖向预制柱施工技术,文章开展了装配式PC构件竖向预制柱浇筑、安装、成品保护和灌浆饱满度研究;分析了竖向预制柱在不同施工环境下的吊装工艺和安装施工质量控制要点及要求;分析了竖向预制柱在运输、堆放时的注意事项以及竖向预制柱成品的灌浆饱满度检测。研究不仅对装配式竖向预制柱的施工过程有了清晰的认识,同时,可以为类似工况的装配式施工提供一定的参考价值。
In recent years,with the continuous improvement of prefabricated assembly technology,concrete prefabricated components in China have achieved rapid development.In order to fully understand the construction technology of prefabricated vertical prefabricated columns,the pouring,installation,finished product protection and grouting plumpness of prefabricated vertical prefabricated columns of PC components were studied.The hoisting technology and installation quality control points and requirements of vertical prefabricated columns under different construction conditions are analyzed.The matters needing attention in transportation and stacking of vertical prefabricated columns and the detection of grouting plumpness of vertical prefabricated columns were analyzed.This study not only has a clear understanding of the construction process of prefabricated vertical prefabricated columns,but also provides a certain reference value for prefabricated construction projects under similar working conditions.
