摘要
基于2014—2020年福建省九设区市的面板数据,构建经济距离空间权重矩阵分析数字化建设对经济韧性的影响及空间溢出效应。研究发现:福建省数字化建设与经济韧性之间具有显著的空间关联性和空间异质性;数字化建设不仅可以增强本地区的经济韧性,还可以借助空间溢出效应增强其他地区的经济韧性;数字化用户和数字普惠金融对经济韧性均具有显著的正向影响,数字化业务则影响不显著。据此提出,应进一步提升数字化用户运营能力、健全数字普惠金融服务体系、协同推进区域数字化发展等,以推进区域经济保持强劲发展韧性。
Based on the panel data of nine prefecture-level cities in Fujian province from 2014 to 2020,this paper constructs an economic spatial weight matrix to empirically examine the impact of digital construction on economic resilience and the spatial spillover effects.The results show that there is significant spatial correlation and spatial heterogeneity between digital construction and economic resilience of Fujian province.Digital construction not only promotes one prefecture-level city′s economic resilience,but also promotes the economic resilience of other prefecture-level cities through spatial spillover effects.It is also found that both digital user and digital inclusive finance have a significantly positive impact on economic resilience,while digital business has no impact on economic resilience.Accordingly,it is proposed that digital user operation capacity should be further enhanced,digital inclusive financial service system should be improved,and regional digital development should be collaboratively promoted,in order to maintain strong resilience of the regional economy.
