摘要
水培大麦苗由大麦种子通过短期水培即可获得,其蛋白质含量较高、富含矿物质和维生素等营养物质,而且利用水培技术培育时间较短、安全卫生、易于采收,可应用于畜禽养殖业中,作为一种稳定的青绿饲料来源,促进畜禽养殖业向集约化发展。该文主要对水培大麦苗的营养价值及其作为青绿饲料来源在畜禽养殖中的应用情况2方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为水培大麦苗在畜禽养殖中的合理应用和进一步开发利用提供理论参考。
Hydroponic barley seedling can be obtained from barley seeds through short-term hydroponic cultivation,which has relatively high protein content,and are rich in minerals and vitamins and other nutrients.Moreover,hydroponic cultivation technology is short in time,safe and sanitary,easy to harvest.Hydroponic barley seedling can be applied in livestock and poultry breeding,as a stable source of green feed,to promote the intensive development of livestock and poultry industry.In this paper,research progress in 2 aspects,the nutritional value of hydroponic barley seedling and its application as a green feed source in livestock and poultry breeding,were reviewed,in order to provide theoretical reference for the rational application and further development of hydroponic barley seedling in livestock and poultry breeding.
