摘要
导热垫片是连接元器件与散热器的关键部分,正确地选用导热垫可保证元器件长期稳定的工作。文中对导热垫选用方法进行了论述,并对导热垫在使用过程中应注意的问题进行了测试、分析和仿真,为导热垫的选用提供了建议。
The thermal pad is the key part of connecting the components and the radiator.The correct selection of the thermal pad can ensure the long-term stable operation of the components.This paper discusses the selection method of thermal pads,analyzes,tests and simulates the problems that should be paid attention to in the use of thermal pads,also provides suggestions for the selection of thermal pads.
