摘要
为了解决FDM 3D打印机自动换料的问题,设计了一种基于称重传感器的3D打印机自动换料装置,该装置可辅助打印机执行打印任务,取代人工值守衔接换料工序,解决由于材料耗尽导致打印任务的暂停或失败的问题,有效避免材料浪费,较大程度上提高打印机工作效率和自动化水平。
In order to solve the problem of automatic feeding of FDM 3D printer,a kind of automatic feeding device of 3D printer based on weighing sensor is designed.This device can assist the printer to perform the printing task,replace manual shift work,solve the problem that print task is suspended or failed because of material exhaustion,effectively avoid material waste,improve the efficiency and automation level of printer.
