基于随机森林算法的输变电工程线路故障实时检测方法

摘要 为解决目前输变电工程线路故障实时检测速度慢、效率低等一系列问题,文章提出基于随机森林算法的输变电工程线路故障实时检测方法,首先基于随机森林算法计算出故障模型的准确率,使线路故障的预测得到很大的提升;然后提取输变电故障线路的特征,判断发生故障时产生的暂态电流能量;最后检测并生成工程线路故障信息,保证工程线路故障实时检测的准确性。实验结果表明,基于随机森林算法的输变电工程线路故障实时检测方法的检测速度相较于ELM算法、传统方法分别快12.41fps,92.13fps,可以满足当前输变电工程线路故障高效检测的要求。 In order to solve a series of problems such as slow real-time detection speed and low efficiency of power transmission and transformation engineering line faults at present,this paper proposes a real-time detection method for power transmission and transformation engineering line faults based on random forest algorithm.The prediction of line faults has been greatly improved,then the characteristics of power transmission and transformation faulty lines are extracted to judge the transient current energy generated when faults occur,finally,the fault information of engineering lines is generated to ensure the accuracy of real-time detection of engineering line faults.The experimental results show that the detection speed of the real-time detection method of power transmission and transformation engineering line faults based on the random forest algorithm is 12.41 fps and 92.13 fps faster than that of the ELM algorithm and the traditional method,respectively,which can meet the current requirements of efficient fault detection of power transmission and transformation engineering lines.
