学生视角下物流类虚拟仿真课程的学习质量影响机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 虚拟仿真课程为教学行业带来了新突破,为加快实施教育数字化战略行动提供了丰富虚实融合教学资源。在大力建设虚拟仿真教学项目的同时,如何提高虚拟仿真课程的学习质量是高校管理者、授课人、学习者都极其关注的关键问题。针对物流课程建设背景和特点,基于学生视角,开展问卷调研,利用结构方程模型(SEM)探究物流类虚拟仿真教学系统、学习者特征、教与学行为对学习质量的作用机制,研究结果建议重点关注虚拟仿真教与学行为所发挥的中介作用,及时调整教学实践中不同类型的交互学习模式,建立物流类虚拟仿真教学系统、学习者特征与学习质量的动态优化机制,激发高效教学潜力,提高学生学习效果。 Virtual simulation courses bring new breakthroughs to the teaching profession and provide a wealth of teaching resources to accelerate the implementation of strategic initiatives in the digitalization of education.How to improve the quality of learning in virtual simulation courses is a key concern for university administrators,lecturers and learners.Based on the students'perspective,a questionnaire survey accomplished according to the background and characteristics of logistics curriculum construction.It investigated the mechanism of the role of logistics virtual simulation teaching system,learner characteristics,teaching and learning behavior on learning quality using structural equation modelling(SEM).The finding suggests focusing on the mediating role played by virtual simulation teaching and learning behavior,timely adjustment of different types of interactive learning modes in teaching practice,and the establishment of a dynamic optimization mechanism of logistics virtual simulation teaching system,learner characteristics and learning quality.The study suggest focusing on the mediating role played by virtual simulation teaching and learning behaviors,timely adjustment of different types of interactive learning modes in teaching practice,and the establishment of a dynamic optimization mechanism between logistics virtual simulation teaching systems,learner characteristics and learning quality to stimulate the potential for efficient teaching and improve student learning.
