应急管理关系着国家安全体系,川渝地区建立高效的应急联动机制,将打破行政区划壁垒,打破碎片化格局,达到1+1>2的协同效应,切实增强区域间联动应急处突能力,坚持人民至上、生命至上,为抗击重大突发事件发挥更大作用,川渝地区构建应急联动机制可为打造西部高质量发展的重要级提供应急服务保障,加速推进川渝地区应急管理能力现代化。
Emergency management is related to the national security system.The establishment of an efficient emergency linkage mechanism in Sichuan and Chongqing will break the administrative division barrier,break the fragmentation pattern,achieve the synergy of 1+1>2,effectively enhance the interregional linkage emergency response capability,adhere to the principle of people first and life first,and play a greater role in combating major emergencies.The establishment of emergency linkage mechanism in Sichuan and Chongqing can provide emergency service guarantee for building an important level of high-quality development in the west,and accelerate the modernization of emergency management capacity in Sichuan and Chongqing.
