The whole life cycle management system of emulsified explosive products is a key management tool for the comprehensive management and control of the whole life cycle of emulsified explosive products from raw material procurement to manufacturing,quality control,finished product inventory management and sales and distribution.The system uses intelligent technology and data analysis method to realize the flow,collaboration and traceability of information,and improve the efficiency and accuracy of management.This paper will discuss the importance of the management system,the implementation process,and the impact on production efficiency,quality control and safety management.
