摘要
在石油化工企业的生产过程中,会使用仪表对机械设备进行控制,仪表在生产过程中具有着重要的作用。但同时,相关仪表在使用过程中也可能因各类因素出现故障现象,对石油化工生产造成严重影响。因此,充分把握对应仪表的故障并及时排除尤为关键。文章对当前石油化工企业仪表和自动化设备的故障进行了探讨,并提出了相应的维护策略。
In the production process of petrochemical enterprises,instruments are used to control mechanical equipment,and they play an important role in the production process.But at the same time,related instruments may also malfunction due to various factors during use,causing serious impacts on petrochemical production.Therefore,it is crucial to fully grasp the faults of the corresponding instruments and promptly eliminate them.The article explores the faults of instruments and automation equipment in current petrochemical enterprises and proposes corresponding maintenance strategies.
