摘要
“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”是电力企业组织生产的永恒主题。电力企业的安全生产不仅是电力工业发展的前提和基础,也是电力企业发挥社会效益和提高企业经济效益的保证,伴随着电力行业的不断快速发展和创新,我国的电力能源在安全生产过程中已经处在一种创新变革的阶段。然而怎样开展安全生产,如何将安全生产的各项措施落到实处,是电力生产过程中企业管理的一项重要内容。文章通过对“5432”体系建设的研究,阐述了其在安全生产管理中的应用及成果。
