摘要
电力应急通信系统对电力设施重建至关重要。电力通信网络一旦遭受入侵破坏,卫星通信链路便可及时与指挥中心及受灾现场搭建起通信桥梁,以此确保电力网络的通信畅通。研究表明,卫星通信快速建链技术为电力应急通信系统优化建设提供了新的思路,能快速搭建指挥中心与受灾现场间的通信链路,从而维持电力系统的安全性与稳定性。
The power emergency communication system plays a crucial role in the reconstruction of power facilities.Once the power communication network is invaded and damaged,the satellite communication link can promptly build communication bridges with the command center and disaster site to ensure smooth communication of the power network.Research has shown that satellite communication rapid chain building technology provides new ideas for optimizing the construction of power emergency communication systems,which can quickly establish communication links between command centers and disaster sites,thereby maintaining the safety and stability of the power system.
