摘要
为解决腾晖煤业三采区回风巷掘巷阶段围岩变形破坏的问题,综合运用理论分析、数值模拟、现场观测等方法,优化巷道支护方案,工程应用阶段进行矿压监测验证方案的有效性。研究表明:巷道原锚网喷支护强度不足,顶板应采用锚网索喷联合支护,底板应采用反底拱锚注联合支护,巷道变形量减小50%以上,设计方案在腾晖煤业得到了成功应用。
In order to solve the problem of surrounding rock deformation and failure during the excavation stage of the return air roadway in the third mining area of Tenghui Coal Industry,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,on-site observation and other methods are comprehensively used to optimize the roadway support scheme.The effectiveness of the mine pressure monitoring verification scheme is carried out during the engineering application stage.The research showed that the strength of the original anchor mesh spray support in the roadway is insufficient,the roof should be supported by a combination of anchor mesh cable spray,and the bottom plate should be supported by a combination of inverted bottom arch anchor injection.The deformation amount of the roadway is reduced by more than 50%,and the design scheme is successfully applied in Tenghui Coal Industry.
