摘要
以某镇为例,综合利用新技术、新方法、新手段,对其进行1∶10000地质灾害风险调查评价,识别地质灾害的隐患及风险,总结地质灾害的发育分布规律,分析地质灾害的形成机理及成灾模式,研究引发地质灾害的降雨阈值,评价地质灾害的易发性及危险性,识别承灾体及易损性,划定并评价地质灾害风险区及等级,提出风险管控对策措施,进行城镇规划场址地质灾害适宜性的评价,为组织开展地质灾害风险双控、科学实施避让搬迁与地质灾害综合治理及优化国土空间规划、村镇规划与建设与重大工程布局等提供依据,以全面支撑地质灾害的防治管理。
Through taking a county as an example,the study comprehensively uses new technology,method and means;evaluates geological disaster risk with 1∶10000;summarizes the development distribution rule of geological disaster;analyzes the the formation mechanism and disaster mode of geological disasters;studies the rainfall threshold that causes geological disasters;evaluates the vulnerability and risk of geological disasters;identifies disaster bearing bodies and vulnerability;delineates and evaluates the risk areas and levels of geological disasters;proposes risk control measures;and evaluates the suitability of geological disasters at urban planning,so as to provide a basis for organizing the dual control of geological disaster risk,scientifically implementing the avoidance and relocation of geological disasters and comprehensive management of geological disasters,and optimizing the spatial planning of the territory,the planning and construction of villages and towns,and the layout of major projects,and comprehensively support the prevention and management of geological disasters.
