摘要
创新创业教育日益成为提升高等学校人才培养水平和教育质量的重要实践环节。华东理工大学以提升教师动力、激发课程活力、强化技术实力和汇聚校外合力为驱动,将“学生要创”的单核驱动升级为“师生共创”的双核驱动,实施全校性创新创业教育;推动“专业创新”知识图谱升级为“创业创造”能力图谱,打造全环节创新创业课程;将合格满意的作品思维转化为精益求精的产品思维,助力全链条科技成果转化;将学生投身职场的职业导向定位成干事创业的未来发展,以创业教育带动就业工作。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education has increasingly become an important practical link to improve the level of talent training and education quality in colleges and universities.East China University of Science and Technology takes four forces of improving teachers'motivation,stimulating curriculum vitality,strengthening technical strength and gathering external forces as the driving force,upgrades the single-core drive of students to create to the dual-core drive of teachers and students to create together,and implements the concept of full participation in innovation and entrepreneurship education.The upgrading of the professional innovation knowledge map to the entrepreneurship and creation capability map has been promoted,and the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum of the whole link has been created.Students'qualified and satisfied work thinking is incubated into excellence product thinking,to help transform scientific and technological achievements in the whole chain.Students'career orientation of taking part in the workplace is positioned as the future development of undertaking and entrepreneurship to promote employment with entrepreneurship education.
