摘要
评价研究高质量贸易开放格局下双向FDI协进对数字鸿沟弥合的影响效应,对构建中国式现代化制度型开放具有举足轻重的意义。选取2008—2020年我国30个省市自治区的省际面板数据,在利用耦合度和主成分分析法计算出双向FDI协进和数字鸿沟弥合的基础上,构建了以双向FDI协进为门槛变量的门槛模型和以贸易开放为调节变量的调节效应模型,对贸易开放、双向FDI协进与数字鸿沟弥合三者之间的关系进行了实证检验。结果显示,双向FDI协进对数字鸿沟弥合存在单一门槛效应;贸易开放对这一影响效应有显著的正向调节作用。这一研究结论有助于进一步激发国内要素配置内生潜力促进数字鸿沟域际之间的有效弥合,以双向FDI协进来拓宽贸易开放的广度与深度,谋求高质量贸易开放条件下国内国际双循环互促形成新发展格局的数字赋能示范效应。
Evaluating and studying the impact of two-way FDI cooperation on bridging the digital divide under a high-quality trade opening pattern is of great significance to the construction of Chinese-style modernization institutional opening.Based on the selection of inter provincial panel data from 30 provincial-level regions in China from 2008 to 2020,and the use of coupling degree and principal component analysis to calculate two-way FDI synergy and digital divide bridging,a threshold model with two-way FDI synergy as the threshold variable and a moderating effect model with trade openness as the moderating variable were constructed to empirically test the relationship between trade openness,two-way FDI synergy,and digital divide bridging.The results show that there is a single threshold effect of two-way FDI cooperation on bridging the digital divide and that trade openness has a significant positive moderating effect on this impact.This conclusion helps to further stimulate the endogenous potential of domestic factor allocation and promote effective bridging of the digital divide between regions,expand the breadth and depth of trade openness through two-way FDI cooperation,and seek a digital empowerment demonstration effect of domestic and international dual circulation to form a new development pattern through mutual promotion under high-quality trade openness conditions.
