摘要
目的探讨三阴性乳腺癌患者紧密连接蛋白-4(Claudin-4)、叉头框蛋白C1(Foxc1)、p53、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、细胞角蛋白5/6(CK5/6)及细胞增殖核抗原(Ki-67)的表达变化。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月秦皇岛市妇幼保健院的90例三阴性乳腺癌患者作为观察组,以及同期90例非三阴性乳腺癌患者作为对照组。比较两组患者组织中Claudin-4、Foxc1、p53、EGFR、CK5/6及Ki-67阳性率,观察组不同年龄、肿瘤分期、组织学分级及淋巴结转移情况患者上述指标的阳性率,采用Spearman相关性分析组织Claudin-4、Foxc1、p53、EGFR、CK5/6及Ki-67与临床病理参数的关系。结果观察组组织Claudin-4、Foxc1、p53、EGFR、CK5/6及Ki-67阳性率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中不同年龄及肿瘤分期患者的上述指标阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同组织学分级及淋巴结转移情况者的上述指标阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析显示,组织中Claudin-4、Foxc1、p53、EGFR、CK5/6及Ki-67与组织学分级及淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论三阴性乳腺癌患者组织中Claudin-4、Foxc1、p53、EGFR、CK5/6及Ki-67呈高表达,且与组织学分级及淋巴结转移情况密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression change of tissue Claudin-4,Foxc1,p53,EGFR,CK5/6 and Ki-67 in patients with triple negative breast cancer.Methods Ninety patients with triple-negative breast cancer in Qinhuangdao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the observation group,and ninety patients with non-triple negative breast cancer during the same period were selected as the control group.The positive rates of Claudin-4,Foxc1,p53,EGFR,CK5/6 and Ki-67 were compared between the two groups,and the positive rates of the above indicators in patients with different ages,tumor stages,histological grades and lymph node metastasis were observed.Spearman correlation was used to analyze the relationship between Claudin-4,Foxc1,p53,EGFR,CK5/6 and Ki-67 and clinicopathological parameters.Results The positive rates of Claudin-4,Foxc1,p53,EGFR,CK5/6 and Ki-67 in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of the above indexes among patients with different ages and tumor stages in the observation group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the positive rate of the above indexes among patients with different histological grades and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that Claudin-4,Foxc1,p53,EGFR,CK5/6 and Ki-67 were positively correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion Claudin-4,Foxc1,p53,EGFR,CK5/6 and Ki-67 were highly expressed in patients with triple-negative breast cancer,and were closely related to histological grade and lymph node metastasis.
