摘要
为展开大体积水工隧洞衬砌混凝土低温季节施工温控防裂措施研究,以江西查册水电站为例,在分析大体积混凝土温控所涉及参数取值的基础上,应用有限元软件构建起水电站1.0 m厚的衬砌混凝土结构段仿真模型,针对洒水养护、流水养护、通水冷却等温控措施提出5种温控防裂工况,对各种工况温控方案展开优选,可为大体积水工衬砌混凝土温度控制及裂缝预防提供参考。
In order to study the measures of temperature control and crack prevention for lining concrete of large hydraulic tunnel in low temperature season,taking the case of Chace hydropower station in Jiangxi province as an example,the study build the simulation model of 1.0 m thick lining concrete structure of hydropower station using finite element software.According to the temperature control measures such as sprinkling maintenance,running water maintenance and water cooling,five kinds of temperature control and crack prevention conditions are put forward.Then carry out the optimal selection of temperature control schemes under various working conditions.The conclusion can provide reference for temperature control and crack prevention of mass hydraulic lining concrete.
