摘要
氢燃料电池汽车具有零排放、无污染、高效节能、噪声低等优点。氢气消耗量是燃料电池汽车重要的经济性评估指标。本文采用由雄川氢能科技(广州)有限公司、南京金龙客车制造有限公司、新源动力股份有限公司共同开发完成的31吨燃料电池重卡实车数据,基于国家重型车C-WTVC测试标准工况,结合仿真软件建立了燃料电池重卡整车动态仿真模型,计算了整车在循环工况下的氢气消耗量,并且和同类型的柴油重卡的柴油经济性进行了基于仿真计算的对标,结果表明:按照目前到站的氢气价格来看,传统柴油重卡占据优势,根据本文的仿真计算结果评估当氢气价格下降到29元/公斤时该款燃料电池重卡的运行成本和同类型的柴油重卡持平。本文提出的工况仿真计算可以作为简单快速评价燃料电池汽车经济性的一种方法。
Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have the advantages of zero emission,no pollution,high efficiency and energy saving,and low noise.Hydrogen consumption is an important economic evaluation index for fuel cell vehicles.In this paper,the data of 31-ton fuel cell heavy truck jointly developed by Xiongchuan Hydrogen Energy Technology(Guangzhou)Co.,Ltd.,Nanjing Golden Dragon Bus Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.and Xinyuan Power Co.,Ltd.is used,and the dynamic simulation model of fuel cell heavy truck is established based on the national heavy-duty vehicle C-WTVC test standard working conditions,combined with simulation software.The hydrogen consumption of the whole vehicle under the cycle condition is calculated,and the diesel economy of the same type of diesel heavy truck is benchmarked based on simulation calculation.The results show that according to the current hydrogen price at the station,the traditional diesel heavy truck occupies,and according to the simulation calculation results in this paper,it is evaluated that when the hydrogen price drops to 29 yuan/kg,the operating cost of the fuel cell heavy truck is the same as that of the same type of diesel heavy truck.The simulation calculation of working conditions proposed in this paper can be used as a simple and rapid method to evaluate the economy of fuel cell vehicles.
