摘要
在乡村振兴战略背景下,以攀枝花市迤沙拉村为研究对象,采用个案分析法,探索民族村寨巩固脱贫攻坚成果、接续乡村振兴、实现经济社会高质量发展新路径。结果表明:通过“农、文、旅”融合发展模式,实现了贫困村群众的整体脱贫后达到乡村振兴的阶段性目标;同时存在因农业生产现代化不足、文化建设不足、数智化管理不足、人才流失等原因,导致经济社会高质量发展的可持续性受限。提出从提高农业生产现代化、加强文化建设、推进数智化管理、完善人才管理制度等方面入手,巩固脱贫攻坚成果促进经济高质量发展。
In order to explore a new way for ethnic villages to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,continue rural revitalization and achieve high-quality economic and social development,this paper adopts the case analysis method to take Yishala Village of Panzhihua City as the research object under the background of rural revitalization strategy.The results show that the sustainability of high-quality economic and social development is limited due to the lack of modernization of agricultural production,lack of cultural construction,lack of digital intelligent management,brain drain and other reasons.Although the rural areas can achieve the overall poverty alleviation and achieve the phased goal of rural revitalization through the integrated development mode of′agriculture,culture and tourism′.Therefore,this paper points out that to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and promote the high-quality development of village economy,it needs to improve the modernization of agricultural production,strengthen cultural construction,promote the intelligent management of numbers,improve the talent management system,and even more efforts.
